A concern I have with this request is that it is adding a lot of extra files to the repo that mainly serve the purpose of being an extended example. We have a separate repository that we have been using to document extended examples (including ties to specific papers) here that might be better for this type of content: https://github.com/apprenticelearner/Student_Modeling_Examples. I am currently working on editing our wiki examples (https://github.com/apprenticelearner/AL_Core/wiki/Adaptive-Training-Example) into more centralized docs but you could potentially make an example of how to use these files hosted on the Student_Modeling_Examples repo.

Beyond that there is only a small change to the existing bkt controller. Conversation offline seemed to imply that there should be more extensive changes to the python code itself.
